If you follow me on Twitter, you probably know that I love Pitch Perfect. I’ve seen it seven times now. The first or second time I saw it, an outfit Brittany Snow wears caught my attention – she was wearing a Gap shirt I own, but have neglected for a long time. I dug it out and wore it to work, and with this weightloss, it’s one of my favorite tops now!
It’s been feeling really fallish (finally!) here in the south, so today I rocked a pretty neutral outfit with a pop of color in the jeans. I seriously love everything about this outfit. There’s nothing better than a great pair of boots and a great, cozy scarf.
Scarf: $3.14, Mossimo
Tank: $3, Mossimo
Sweater: $10, Mossimo
Jeans: $9, Mossimo
Boots: $7, Walmart
Ring: stolen from D
Bracelet: $4, Mossimo

Earrings: I got them free from Chai Boutique in Grand Rapids, but I think they were around $10.
I like to plan my outfits around song lyrics (which pretty much limits me to black and gold, black on black, and black leather and lace…) Today was supposed to be black and gold. I love my cowboy boots, and I wish I would have taken some better pictures of my face – call me vain, but today was the first day since I moved here that I did my hair and full makeup and really felt like me.

This is probably one of the most expensive full outfits I own, but when I found it I haaaaad to have it. I knew it was perfect. (I would have liked higher-waisted shorts, but I literally had no shorts at all, so I had to grab something.) The first time I wore this outfit was in Los Angeles this past May.
