November Goals

This spring, summer, and even most of the fall have really gotten hold of me. I spent most of the summer preparing for another big move, and this fall has been bouncing back and forth between Chicago and my hometown in Michigan (plus a trip to Boston to see Dani and relax.) I wasn’t taking care of myself and started running on autopilot, so starting this month, I’m going to take baby steps to remedy that.
- Find a place to live
- Work out three times per week
- Run sub-40:00 Turkey Trot
- Lose 10 pounds
- Not go out to eat more than twice a week
- Blog twice a week
Baby steps, but you have to start somewhere!
