Merry Christmas! I hope everyone’s having a great holiday season. I spent the weekend with D and his family and friends, and I’m now in Cincinnati with part of my family. Spent the morning running last-minute shopping errands with my cousin (one of the ones who lost her mother at Thanksgiving) and now I have to go brave the outlet mall. I’m finally acquiescing that the 20 pounds I’ve lost so far have rendered a lot of my clothes (especially work clothes) unwearable. I have one pair of pants that still fit me well enough to stay up with a belt, but otherwise, everything looks either really sloppy and unprofessional or doesn’t stay up at all. At least things are pretty inexpensive right now (picked up three shirts and a pair of pants at Kohl’s yesterday for under $10. Love those holiday sales.) I bought this shirt a couple months ago in anticipation of weight loss, put it on for the first time today… and it probably won’t even last long. At least it was only $6 when I got it.
