When the blog Penny Chic first started, I was super into it. I don’t read it that much anymore – and I think partly because I would never pay retail even at the Targets of the world anymore. I worked today at the Arena today, so I’m kind of a mess, but this is what I threw on to run errands.

Shirt: $3, ($6 sale – $3 coupon), Merona by Target
Skirt: .88 ($3.88 clearance – $3 coupon), Xhilaration for Target
Shoes: $8.98, Mossimo for Target

Headband is from a pack at Target. $.88 for a skirt!! You can’t make a skirt for that much. You probably can’t even buy the buttons on the pockets for that much. Love it.
